Grant is the owner of EverReady. He was born and raised in Ferguson, Missouri, and studied real estate and finance at Mizzou and graduated with honors. Grant and Brooke married in September of 2013 and have twin boys, Lane and Liam, and son Lake who is 18 months younger. Grant’s mission for EverReady is to be the best value to his multi-family customers when it comes to their carpet cleaning, carpet repair, and 24/7 water restoration needs. Grant believes his customers need true savings, service, and speed and wants to run a company that hits those marks every day, month, year, and decade.
In addition to managing EverReady, Grant buys and manages real estate so he has an appreciation for the bottom line, what goes into property management, and the importance of great relationships with vendors. Since 2009 Grant has bought, rehabbed, rented, and sold 51 single-family homes, 1 duplex, and (1) 12 unit complex. EverReady is able to provide the best value for their customers every day, even in a seasonal business, because his rentals assure an even workflow throughout the year for the EverReady team. Grant’s goal for EverReady is not to be the biggest carpet cleaning company in St. Louis, but to be the best partner to its customers and the best company to call home for its team/work family!
Brooke is our Sales and Marketing Manager at EverReady. She and Grant have been married for 10 years. She was born and raised in Salina, Kansas where her parents still reside. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing from Kansas State University and then moved to Kansas City where she lived for 10 years before meeting Grant. Brooke moved to St. Louis in December 2012 after spending 6 years as a Senior Event Manager at the Overland Park Convention Center. Brooke & Grant have twin boys – Lane and Liam – and a son – Lake who is 18 months younger. She excels in customer service and loves the interaction with customers she has on a daily basis.
Nick Curry is our General Manager. He has been with EverReady from the very start and launch in St Louis. He prides himself on being a jack of all trades and has experience in construction, restoration, all aspects of carpet cleaning and repairs, R & D, marketing, sales, and project and team management. Nick has 13+ years’ experience in the carpet cleaning and restoration industry, and carries multiple certifications in the related field. He is married to Elizabeth, his wife of 7 years, and has three children under the age of 7 – daughter Alexis, Mason, and Wyatt.
Christine has been with EverReady for over a year now. She is new to the multi-family industry, but not new to working in an office environment. She has many years of customer service experience! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, children, and grandchildren. She is living life to its fullest!
Administrative Assistant
Stacy is the newest member of the EverReady team. She is new to the multi-family industry, but she is fitting right in! She grew up in Alabama and graduated from the University of Alabama in 2010 with a degree in Psychology. In her free time, she likes to craft and hang out with friends.
Matt is a Senior Carpet Cleaning and Water Technician. He has been with EverReady for over 3 years. He is water restoration certified by the IICRC, and has a background as a heavy equipment operator with the union. Matt is married to his high school sweetheart, Brittney, and has 2 kids under the age of 6 – Logan and Allison.
Ryan is a Senior Carpet Cleaning Tech and Supervisor. He has been with EverReady for over 5 years and is well versed in all aspects of carpet cleaning & repairs in the residential, multi-family, and commercial settings. Ryan has been married to his high school sweetheart, Melissa, for over 6 years and they have 2 boys under the age of 7 – Jayce and Reese.
Senior Carpet Tech
Gary is a Senior Carpet Cleaning and Water Technician. He has been with EverReady for over 4 years. He is water restoration certified by the IICRC and has a previous background as a supervisor in the moving and storage industry. He is a Ranken graduate with an Industrial maintenance background. Gary has extensive training in all things carpet cleaning and repair, and excels in the customer service side of the business.
Senior Carpet Tech
Nick is a Senior Carpet Cleaning and Water Technician. Nick has been with EverReady for over 5 years. He is water restoration certified by the IICRC, and is a Ranken graduate with a HVAC background. Nick is well versed in all aspects of carpet cleaning and repairs and in his free time he spends time playing the bass guitar in 2 different bands.
Senior Carpet Tech
Layne is a lead carpet cleaning and water technician. Layne has been with the company for over 2 years and has proven himself to be an invaluable member of the team. He is catching on fast and hungry to learn more! Layne has a background in the service industry.

Chris is a carpet cleaning and water technician. Chris has been on the EverReady team for about a year and a half and is fitting right in to the team dynamic. He has extensive experience in customer service and is our go to guy for anything sports related or just a good laugh.
Carpet Tech
Steven is the newest addition to our EverReady carpet technician team and is rapidly gaining the knowledge needed to become your future carpet technician. He left a leadership role in a large warehouse setting to be with us. Steven is also our 2nd musician to join the team!
